Allison joined the Midwest Health Initiative in June 2022. In her Manager, Research & Analytics role, she provides the team with analytical and data reporting support, as well as manages ad hoc projects as needed for MHI and the St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition, a sister organization of MHI. Before joining MHI, Allison graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Allison aspires to combine her passion for biomedical science with health care cost and quality insights gained through her experience at BHC to contribute to strategies to improve care delivery and value.
