Kelci joined the Midwest Health Initiative and St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition in May 2023. As Director of Research and Analytics, Kelci supports employers by evaluating data sources that can inform and spur improvements in health and health care value, while leading a team of data analysts in data collection, evaluation, analysis, and reporting. She completed her PhD in Disability Disciplines from Utah State University in summer 2024, where her research focused on neuroscience and statistical modeling. Kelci holds a Master’s in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor’s in athletic training from Truman State University.
